Balloon twisting is a fantastic way to entertain children at your party or event. Balloon modelling from Happy Smiling Faces can be booked by itself for a minimum of 1 hour. For smaller parties of up to 10 children, you can also book balloon modelling and face painting together as a minimum 2 hour package.
